The attitude and self-motivation he has applied to his academic and practical work are an example for others wanting to succeed to follow. He has demonstrated an excellent attitude and work ethic from the beginning.”
Callum Woodend, Managing Director of West Cumberland Engineering, commented;
“I am incredibly proud of Adam for receiving this award, which serves as a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and determination throughout his apprenticeship. His dedication and perseverance were evident when he achieved a distinction grade for his Level 3 Apprenticeship as a metal fabricator. Over the past few years, Adam has contributed significantly to high-profile projects within the workplace, consistently demonstrating his exceptional work ethic and unwavering commitment to both his apprenticeship and the success of the business.
Congratulations, Adam! I hope your remarkable journey serves as an inspiration to all current and future apprentices.”
